Equate mortgages have handled the re-mortgage of our house after we came out of a long term fixed rate. After a period of consecutive interest rate hikes we were worried about the scale increase of our future monthly payments. I write to express my thanks to equate for all the help and assistance you gave recently to re-mortgage my house.

As you know, my wife and I had been let down by our previous broker, and had been in a position where it looked like we would be hit hard financially for the delays in arranging a new mortgage. However, equate were a revelation, and following an in depth review of our circumstances put us back on track.
